History: John hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He stands about 5'5" and wears a tan coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: Richard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears a white shirt with thin black vertical stripes and green pants. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are brown.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Roland was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a grey small hat and grey clothes. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He got into the Mortician business at a young age. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mortician for the past few years.
