Manfred Pickering, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: An older man who wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, he is not a threatening figure. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality
Ideals: Joker. Flaws: Fearful. Bonds: Poor, Slave, Adventurer. Occupation: Unemployed

Arnold Haley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: An older man who very much looks the part of a Baker, he is not a threatening figure. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Gifted from a young age, Arnold studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arnold grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Arnold. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Theodoric Bentley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears blue leather gloves, a blue jacket, and tight pants. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He has moderate length auburn hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Theodoric was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Personal [hide]
Description: He is a husky man, who is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering his clean studded leather. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Dustin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Dustin reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
