History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is renowned for his bright green suits and hats. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter.
