History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Server responsibilities is difficult.

History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
