History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Gunter was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Roger was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Apothecary but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Reynard was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Apothecary. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Ralf was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.
