Mason work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Arnold was born the youngest of three triplets. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Merchant and was forced into it by his family.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Theobald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He tends to his Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is unsatisfied with his job
