History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: The child of a Glassblower, who enjoyed hunting, Gilbert was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
