Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Mayor who has hired him part-time. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
