History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Adventurer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Adventurer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Adventurer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Gerald was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Shoemaker. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Description: This man wears long strands of jet and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he's looking for his big break
