History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He takes great joy in being the best Miner in town.

History: Born to a Carpenter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has worked as a Miner like his mother before him.

Motivation: Expand his business.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and someone believes him a fraud

History: He got into the Courier business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's also a talented Apothecary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Courier responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business
