After a long history of fighting, Kyle and his spouse have recently divorced.

He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained.
