Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His hair is short and auburn. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Dustin was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dustin decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Chad grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Gifted from a young age, Lewis studied abroad. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has a very tight haircut. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Hubert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Hubert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Hubert was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
