Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after John was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. John's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small pastel clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His ears are large.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He uses divination through singing.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. He wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a ceremonial dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his hammer. His head has been shaved. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Bertram lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. After a long history of fighting, Gerald and his spouse have recently divorced.
