History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Miles grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
