History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He got into the Bellfounder business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Bellfounder and found it very stressful. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.
