Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Gifted from a young age, Charles studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Charles took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
