History: Frederick lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Ruler, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
