Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and balancing his hectic life and new server responsibilities is difficult

History: Adelard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
