History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Shane was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears suspenders and green workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy green leather apron most of the time. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Conrad lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and doesn't want to be a blacksmith and was forced into it by his family

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Trey grew up listening to his father's many stories. He worked as a nervous Mason and found it very stressful. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
