Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ralf embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. After a long history of fighting, Ralf and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
