Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jocelyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jocelyn. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
