Description: He is a husky man, who wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a greatsword on his belt. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly whips and spears. He wears a colorful flower in his blonde hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Seamstress kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'7". He wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sword, but if one is not available he will default to his trident, and his gloved hand is found clutching a trident. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Hunter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a black shirt, with a brown mid length shorts with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. His eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Nicholas's homeland. Nicholas decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
