History: Gerard was born with his father's beautiful face. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his hammer with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Adelard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he desires power and/or immortality
