Description: An older man who is wearing a tight white one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, he is not a threatening figure. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Bertram was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bertram decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.
Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is afraid of men and trembles around them
History: Anselm was born with his mother's beautiful face. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
