History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A freak accident while working with his Cook mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gerard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He struck the Laborer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Laborer responsibilities is difficult; and to be a cook again
