Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Scribe profession.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Scribe again.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Thomas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a great chef.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Kyle liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.
