Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Adelard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born to a Servant, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Being a Carter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: This malnourished man wears an entirely green suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His silver hair is cut short. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Arnold was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
