History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Lance is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Unemployed but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Gifted from a young age, Conrad studied abroad. Conrad liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Don is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
