History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Hubert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Hubert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He worked as a nervous Fortune-teller and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Fortune-teller like his father before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
