Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Raymond was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
