Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is greedy

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a grey feathered hat and grey clothes. His golden hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Gerard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
