History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Roger was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Roger's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hubert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cook. He's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor
