Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Nicholas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
