History: Norman was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gilbert will drive conversation. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: Gilbert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Stableman, but he got bored and became a Bather. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Gilbert never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to reunite with his absent mother

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Heward was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Heward and his spouse have recently divorced.
