History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Roofer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving William alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a Tailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has achieved small success as a Shipwright.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
