History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Hubert was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Architect. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Jeweler father left him crippled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
