Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He got into the Weaver business at a young age. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Roger alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He got into the Adventurer business at a young age. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He's also a talented Miller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Adventurer responsibilities is difficult; and regain custody of his son

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has achieved small success as a Mayor.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
