Description: He wears baggy brown pantaloons and a black scarf, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'0" when asserting himself. His hair is cut close to his head. His ears are large.

Personality: Hugh is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hugh studied abroad. A freak accident while working with his Bowyer mother left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and to protect his home

Description: He stands about 5'5" and wears a white costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. This blue eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Ideals: Optimist, Philantrophist. Bonds: Military, Family. Occupation: Gardener

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'8". He wears a white wide-brimmed hat and white clothes, and his gloved hand is found clutching a trident. He has no hair. His eyes are green.

Personality: Simon speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Simon was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Simon's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Gilbert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Gardener.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a scimitar, but if one is not available he will default to his quarterstaff. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Dean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Dean alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and someone believes him a fraud

Ideals: Fighting. Flaws: Antagonistic. Bonds: Poor, Enemies. Occupation: Mason
