Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Frederick was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Frederick's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Frederick and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to clean up the streets
