Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Dustin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
