Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He takes great joy in being the best Ruler in town.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Balimaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over.
