He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was born into a rich family. Hubert was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Laborer. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
