Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Born in the south to a Laborer, Simon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents.
