Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He wears a colorful flower in his black hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Gunter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: 5'7" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His hair is short and chestnut. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Alexandre hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids.

Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Born in the east to a Unemployed, Balimaar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. Unemployed work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Unemployed job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Unemployed and was forced into it by his family; and to unite with his sister

History: He was born in a small mountains village. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
