History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. John grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did John. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Henry's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Henry has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
