History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and expand his business
