History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Everard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Everard decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He got into the Mason business at a young age. Through the years after Shane was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shane's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a deep hatred of brigands
