History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Manfred was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
