History: Lance was born the youngest of three triplets. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born in the west. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull black iron scale mail. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
