Description: An older man who has the majority of his body covered in plate, he is not a threatening figure. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

History: Arnold was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
